Quiet, green 3-level loft/rooftop in vibrant Kreuzberg full of design & art

Description

We're a couple 51/59y with long years of home exchange experience who likes to travel. Our Berlin-Kreuzberg home is with a modernised backyard building from 1880 - quiet and green. The 190 sq meter loft is stretching over 3 floors and includes a nice rooftop garden. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower and XL bathtub) feat. also a washer/dryer. Next to it is our small living room / office with an external screen and printer. This room has a quite nice sofa, which sleep one guest. One floor up is an open kitchen, dining- and living room with high ceilings. The kitchen is well equipped (gas stove, convection oven, Jura coffee machine, juicer, toaster etc., but no microwave). Also a 2nd bathroom with shower is on this level. One the top floor/gallery is another nice sofa bed which sleeps 2 and the room can be closed with a curtain and has direct access to the rooftop garden. All levels are showcasing lots of contemporary art (mostly photography, but also paintings and small sculptures), accompanied with a huge bibliotheca of art books. We've a professional fitness studio stepper on the gallery plus yoga mats and small weights.
