We are a quiet community-minded building located on the coolest street in Chinatown! Nestled in the DTES, our neighbourhood is an oasis: close to great food, lounges, and groceries. 2 blocks from the new St Paul's Hospital that is under construction. A short walk to SFU and VCC downtown campuses, 2 skytrain stations, the sea bus, and all major bus routes taking you quickly to any other campus, hospital or place you need to be. The apartment is brutalist with modern touches: concrete floors and walls. Floor to ceiling cabinetry and windows, hidden appliances, a floating toilet, and an industrial ceiling. It's furnished with as much warmth as possible through colour, textures, and patterns to create a cozy and eclectic feel. Everything you need is in the apartment to stay comfortably. All of my personal belongings are not in the space, allowing you to fully take over the apartment as your own while you live here.
