Description
My husband and I have decided to rent our house after living in LA for 23 years and go travel for a year. The house is older but has updated kitchen, bathroom, and furnishing. It is wonderfully located in the heart of the West Side so close to all kinds of museums, schools, & restaurants. We'd like to find someone who will enjoy the house, the garden, and wonderful neighborhood, and who can appreciate it's character and location the way we do.

Comments: We do have a housekeeper who knows the house that we can connect you with. We will consider pets but will need to discuss. Office has fold out couch for 3rd bed if needed. Great Neighborhood. Garage will not be part of rental.

Comments: Will provide monthly gardener to make sure fruit trees and the like are trimmed and watered. There is an area where you are welcome to plant vegetables if you wish. We will provide basic bed linens. There is also a nice gas grill outside for use.

Comments: We'd like to rent our home out for one full year starting Nov. 1st 2025 but will consider 1/2 year. Furnished House w/large backyard with Lighted Patio, off-seat parking, washer/dryer, Gas Stove w/convection oven, Filtered Water, Hardwood Floors.
