Fully furnished and well appointed, this is my childhood home and I would love to share it with persons or families needing a short to intermediate length stay in Charlottesville. Pet friendly, kid friendly, quiet and safe residential neighborhood close to schools, churches, parks, shopping and great for walking. Rates are negotiable with length of stay and we are happy to help out any way we can to make your stay as great as possible. 10 minutes to UVA campus and hospital, Martha Jefferson, 15 minutes to Monticello the home of Thomas Jefferson, a short drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway with an abundance of hiking and walking trails, the Appalachian Trail, etc.
