The primary bedroom offers sliding doors to access the screened porch and a huge closet. The second bedroom has bunkdbed sleeping with great mattresses and partial lake view. The patio itself has panoramic Cayuga Lake views. The dock and frontage are privately owned, not shared. Wi-Fi and Roku TV are included. Canoes, kayaks, and other recreational equipment may be provided. No additional fees for utilities unless damage occurs due to the tenant. Laundry service can be provided.
