Description
We are a gay couple, married for 20 years, We have an LGBT friendly home and only rent to others who are as well. One of us is a teacher and the other is a local Realtor. We've spent much time and energy on the gardens that surround the house, which can be enjoyed on the shared porch. We are social and love to entertain, but respect boundries of guests/tenants at our house. The neighborhood is an architectural feast for the eyes, and a great place to walk about. We want to share this space with a single professional who appreciates the special feel of the house, which is a Queen Ann Victorian and an extensive art collection. Our rooms are good sized rooms, and really comfortably furnished. It's a nice house to come home to at the end of the day.

Comments: Home is owned by LGBT friendly male couple. Tenant must be LGBT friendly. Home is tastefully designed with lots of artwork, so it feels restful. This is a great walking neighborhood and very popular with students and faculty at local universities.

Comments: In a historic neighborhood, ours sits on a Victorian Park surrounded by gas lights! We're one block to public transit (red line T)and 20 minutes from downtown. We are a short walk to a wide array of restaurants and shops. Home is a quiet respite.

Comments: This room has a small refrigerator and microwave, but the main kitchen is also available to tenant. It's on the first floor down the back staircase. There is a front porch which can be shared. Parking on st is plentiful and does not need permit.

Comments: Charming furnished room and parlor w microwave and small refrigerator on second floor of large house. A newer bathroopm is used by tenant only. Tenant can share main kitchen. 1 Block to puiblic transit (T) and close to all restaurants and shops.
