My husband and I have a small, centrally located, and very nice apartment. We're looking for tenants. Academics and students who need to research or study at the University of Valladolid, Spain, or in a nearby city like Madrid. The apartment offers many amenities for living in this city. Most importantly, you can walk to most places. And if not, the house is close to the AVE (High Speed) train stations and buses. It is located in the heart of the city's old town. It is very common to walk past special monuments: the cathedral, the Romanesque church of La Antigua. It is close to museums, such as the National Sculpture Museum. Nearby there are traditional restaurants, bookstores, and supermarkets. The house itself is beautiful. It has an outdoor patio that is peaceful and phenomenal. You can enjoy it many months of the year. It has a bedroom with a double bed. The living room-kitchen is spacious and has a sofa bed that can sleep someone temporarily.
