As a historian, I will be travelling for work and am looking for someone to sublet my fully equipped apartment in Berlin-Kreuzberg. I love the apartment and would like to find someone who appreciates Altbau properties and the vibrant, diverse Kreuzberg environment, and who will take good care of my place. The minimum rental period is four consecutive weeks. A separate sleeping room, where a second workspace would fit in. It features a spacious living room with a workspace and a comfortable sofa. An open-plan kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals and a table to enjoy your food and invite friends over! The apartment is located on a quiet street in the lively and beautiful Gräfe neighbourhood, close to a park and the canal. Two U-Bahn stations and several bus lines nearby make it easy to access other parts of the city and universities. This fully furnished apartment is ready to move into and features an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee machine and a dining table. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. The bedroom has a comfortable Cairo bed with a new Bett 1 mattress. The living room has a height-adjustable desk (perfect for working from home), a sofa, a yoga mat and books.
