Need a place to live on a temporary basis? We are offering our beautiful home for a 6 month period from 10/1/25-4/15/26. The house is 3,800 sf and has incredible views of Lake Cochituate. This home has to be seen to be believed. The pictures are great but even they do not do it justice. Our 9-yr old home was designed by one of the premier Boston architects. Gracious spaces, high ceilings, open floor plan...this house is special. The master bath alone is worth the price of admission. Fully furnished. And it is on the lake. You look out on the water from almost every room in the house. Great patio area with gas grill and hot tub. Private location at the end of a cul-de-sac. 1 acre of land. Close to Boston but it feels like NH. Easy access to the commuter train to Boston. Rent of $6,500/mo plus utilities. We are looking for a responsible tenant. No pets and no smoking.
