Spacious, newly renovated family home in the <3 of Kreuzberg

We are long time Berliners who have renovated this 120 square meter home ourselves. Its equipped with a large and sunny functional kitchen including tools, knifes and cookbooks, has a master bedroom, a bathroom with a large tub and a guest/work room. There is also a kids room with lots of toys and a bunk bed where usually our two kids live. If you have kids, we have a lot of eqipment such as high chairs, bikes, strollers, etc. The apartment is in the heart of Kreuzberg close to the beautiful Graefekiez with lots of Cafes and restaurants and close to a large park, Hasenheide, as well as the Tempelhofer Feld. The master bedroom and kids room go out to a larger street. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and we had new sound-absorbing windows but in. However, you can hear the cars so if you are sensitive to that, it might make sense to sleep in the Queen bed in the guest room where it is really quiet.
