I am looking for a kind dog-loving roommate to share a 1,500 square ft. beautiful space with up in the Berkeley Hills, very close to UC Berkeley Campus. You would have a private room and bath, both are furnished with modern and comfortable furniture and fun art pieces. I am open to 3,6,9, or 12 month rental agreements. You would also share the space with my 3.5 year old english chocolate labrador named Mazzy Star. She is very sweet and loving. My home is modern and furnished with a lovely view of the Bay and SF Golden Gate Bridge, close to UC Berkeley campus, Gourmet Ghetto, Tilden Park, and many other parks up in Berkeley Hills. I am a technology marketing professional and also an artist (comedian/painter) currently going through transition and taking a career break. I work from home most days, but also get out of the house a lot for exercise, sailing, social visits, errands, and travel.

Comments: I have a lovely private room and private bathroom available. Fully furnished with a comfy new queen bed. The living room and kitchen would be shared. Wide open space with a beautiful view of the Bay. I also have a sweet English Chocolate Labrador.
