This condo in the St. Benedict's loft is kind of the best of both worlds quiet and inspiring, like a treehouse really, and close to the buzz of everything downtown. It's an open floor plan with a spiral staircase downstairs to a bedroom and study. I teach half the year in Northern Ireland and so am looking for a renter for the spring semesters, with the option of staying through the summer. Simply but elegantly furnished with two amazing porches.
