Our apartment is full of light and character—ideal for quiet work, reading, and creative days. It features a generous living/reading room, a fully equipped kitchen, two dedicated office spaces (each with a desk and large monitor), and a serene yoga/meditation room flooded with natural light. The home is art-filled (ceramics, masks, paintings) and thoughtfully, authentically designed—an inspiring place to live and work. Bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms + sofa that converts into a bed (sleeps up to 6 when needed) Bathrooms: two toilets; one full bathroom with shower and bathtub Kitchen: fully equipped for everyday cooking Work setup: two quiet offices, large monitors included Neighborhood: Gracia is truly one of Barcelona’s best—local and lively, but not too touristy. Great small businesses, top-notch food, and everything you need on foot. The beach is ~15 minutes by bike. Perfect for visiting scholars, writers, or anyone seeking a bright, calm base with excellent workspace and a creative atmosphere. IMPORTANT: Not available for long-term stays. Max stay is 1 month. Laia travels often, so sometimes the house is empty, while at other times she comes and goes. There are two rental options: A private room with shared common spaces The full house, only when it is empty Please note that when both of us are staying in the house, we do not rent it out. Prices: €50 per night for a shared stay €100 per night for the full house Please enquire about your dates so we can let you know whether the house will be available for a shared stay or as a full-house rental. We cannot confirm availability more than two months in advance. For safety and trust, we only accept guests who can share reliable links to their website, social media, or academic work.
