Nice flat in a cool and quiet area at less than 30 min from 3 Universities

I'm a language teacher living with my little son and my husband. We're going to pass 5 months in Mexico to let the chance of our son to meet his dad's father and family. We are looking for people that wants to enjoy a quiet but cultural full of life area. Our flat is on the ground level, but luminous and very big. The appart is far from a new luxous condo. But it is very cute, well maintained and very warm and friendly like us! Actually, we have only 2 bedrooms and an office, but we can put a double bed and some nice furniture in the office to turn it to a bedroom. The bathroom has just been renovated and you have access to the washer and dryer in it. The well equiped kitchen is huge and you will have plenty of storage space for your grosseries. The public transportation is really easy to use. We have 2 very close bus stations and the metro station is at exactly 4 blocks. You can get to the 2 big highways in 2 min or use your bicycle too to go almost everywhere in the city. No matter what, you could be in UQAM, McGill or Concordia University in less than 30 min by bus and metro. Finaly, there is a big supermarket at the corner of our street! Very convenient, isn't it! We haven't booked our way back plane ticket. If by chance, you would like to stay a bit longer, we're open to negociate for a month, maybe 2 more. We look forward to meet you! Sonia, Manuel and Nathan
