Our home was built in 1917, completely renovated in 2023. The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an outside additional office space separated from the house. The street is quiet, the neighborhood is leafy and beautiful, walkable to coffee, restaurants, gym, supermarket, and an easy bike or bus-ride to the university. (Less than half-an-hour walk, 10 minutes by bike with protected lanes, bus is very frequent.) There's a coffee shop across the street out the back gate, a fantastic weight/fitness gym one block away, and many more options in under five minute drive (or bike). Great indoor-outdoor feeling with a giant back porch, built around a beautiful old post oak. We love it here and will miss it while we're gone!
