If you are looking for somewhere quiet and comfortable, where you could change your rhythm, find balance in your days and give yourself the opportunity to reflect or create without nuisances and hindrances, this could be your place. The space we are renting out is on a private hacienda, secluded from traffic and neighbours, oriented towards the sunset, and with open and luminous views of the ocean. The silence is barely broken by a small fountain in your garden and by the busy birds in the palm groves nearby. The guest space we are renting out is on the ground floor of a two-storey building, with independent access, a sunny privative terrace, and all amenities included. We (two middle-aged friends, both male) live in the upper floor, but we travel quite a bit and might or not coincide with you. Your guest apartment and our upper-floor apartment are not connected, and have fully separate entrances. Your apartment includes two ample bedrooms, both en-suite, and both with a comfortable working desk and plenty of storage space. These two independent bedrooms (one at each side of the apartment) are separated by a common space with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge area with views towards the garden and the sea. The location is exceptionally quiet —our only request would in fact be that you do respect the silence and the peace—, and yet, it is remarkably easy to get here. The island of Tenerife is a major touristic destination for Europeans, so the infrastructures are well in place and it is an easy place to reach: if you fly into Tenerife Norte (connections to all main cities in Spain, and a few cities in Portugal and Germany), it is a simple twelve-minute ride mostly through a modern and safe highway (with some more picturesque small roads for the final stretch); if you fly into Tenerife Sur (daily connections to all major European capitals), the drive is substantially longer (approx. 1 hr), but again through a well maintained and signalled highway (similarly ending in those local small roads). Both airports have plenty of car-rental companies on-site. If you do not drive, we can arrange a pick-up for you.
