We will be visiting Sydney from Feb to July 2026 and are looking for trustworthy tenants for our 4 room apartment in central Berlin. The apartment has 130 sqm and 3 bedrooms and 1 living room. Two of the bedrooms have work desks. The apartment is located on the first floor of a century home. It has high ceilings, wooden floors and is fully furnished including all appliances (washer/dryer, washing machine, oven, stove, TV, stereo). The apartment has large windows in all rooms, is generally quite and has views on a public park. High speed fiber internet (500 MBit/s) and WIFI 6 are included. Nearest shopping and subway access is 250m. Several restaurants are available in the direct vicinity. 150m to historic landmark Rathaus Schöneberg.
