Looking for a nice, quiet responsible individual to rent my apartment while Im away for work over the winter. It’s a 92sqm place near Hermannstr and Tempelhof, bright, spacious, and fully furnished. (all bills included) with a 1-month deposit + contract required to confirm. Anmeldung is possible (with deregistration when you move out). Looking for someone to take it for the full 4 months — ideally a single person, but open to a couple if the vibe feels right. No smoking and no pets, please.
