About this space: The house is located in the Conero Park nature reserve, 7 km from Portonovo beach, 2 km from Varano, and 8 km from Ancona. An ideal getaway for those who love the countryside, the sea, and tranquility. The large garden is equipped for outdoor dining (barbecue) and relaxing in the shade of fragrant lime trees. Uncovered parking is available for the exclusive use of 2-3 cars. Numerous sports activities are available nearby, including tennis, horseback riding, hiking, paragliding, canoeing, windsurfing, and trail running. Space: Large living room. A few kilometers away is a riding stable for wonderful horseback rides, and a tennis club is about 2 km away. Mezzavalle beach in Portonovo is 7 km from the house and can be reached on foot. On Portonovo beach, you can buy fresh fish from a local fishing cooperative. Urbino is about an hour away. In the village of Varano, there's a wood-fired oven, a post office, and a grocery store selling fruit, vegetables, tobacco, and newspapers.
