Description
I am moving to LA for a job for 18-24 months and looking to sublet my place while I'm gone to professionals. Ideally a couple or one person. If I can visit every 6 weeks or so for a long weekend even better, those days I will charge half rent. As there is a guest room and bath in the upstairs office.

Comments: BBQ and amazing view of city. Quiet neighborhood next to the amazing Lachine canal and Griffentown. Can metro, bus, bixi, walk or drive anywhere from here. Close to climbing gym and beach volleyball. Cross country ski the canal in winter!

Comments: Fully furnished, with huge patio, bbq, hydro, internet & electricity included. Dishwasher, Microwave, washer, dryer, 4kTV, blankets, towels, dishes, etc. Next to bus and 10 min walk from Charlevoix metro! Parking included. Just need your suitcase!
