Beautiful apartment at the heart of Berlin

Welcome to my cosy 2-room apartment at Berlin's historic and vibrant Boxhagener Platz. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with a work space, and a living room with a dinner table that can sit 4-6 people. I also have a library and a TV with usual subscriptions to Netflix and other streaming services. The bedroom has a balcony that is a delight to use especially in the mornings. The living room and the bedroom face the south and get a lot of daylight. Both rooms have window shutters for privacy and restful sleeps. The apartment is on the second floor without elevator. The location of the apartment is simply great. You have hundreds of amazing spots to explore, including cinemas, bars, restaurants, and historical sights. Boxhagener Platz offers two weekly markets, the vegetable market on Saturdays and the antique market on Sundays. I am a Berlin based sociologist, researcher, ex-lawyer. I love traveling, visiting museums, connecting with locals, and learning new languages. I am a well-organized person and would love to host like-minded visitors.
