Our condo is in scenic western Massachusetts. We are two hours from Boston and three and a half hours from New York City. Five local universities are within a twenty minute drive. With three beds and three baths, our condo is the perfect home for small family. Features include, ensuite bathroom in primary, finished basement, electric fireplace, and a brand new deck. The condo also includes a dishwasher, microwave, and a washer and dryer. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Access to hiking and biking trails on the Holyoke Range. Dates - January to May 31st. January move in dates are flexible and January will be prorated. First month and last month will be required. Tenant will be responsible for utilities: gas, electric, and water.
