Nice, wide and panoramic loft in Montevideo center/Ciudad Vieja

I am a 55 year old Italian. Musician, journalist and writer with a past company career all over the world as engineer and manager. I have had a long and wide education path with graduate and postgraduate degrees in Journalism and Musical Critic, Mechanical Engineering, Management and Business Administration from Accademia Della Critica di Roma, Università Federico II di Napoli, Università di Roma Tor Vergata and University of Texas at Dallas. During the course of my life, I have lived in several parts of Italy, in USA, in Russia, in France, in Germany and in Uruguay, I currently live partly in Italy, between Naples and Turin, and partly in Montevideo. When in Uruguay, I live in the house I intend to share but I plan to travel throughout South America for long periods in the next future, so the apartment will be often empty and available. I belong to a family of university professors (my sister in Architecture, my father in Engineering, my uncle, aunt and cousin in Economics). I speak English well and a good enough Spanish to communicate without great problems. In addition, I could be able to recover some French from my past knowledge, abilities and practice
