Perfect for people who love to live like locals in Berlin's green and quiet neighbourhood, with good connections to the city centres (West and East), the Free University in Dahlem, close to the beautiful Berlin lakes. The house is near underground line 3 (five minutes walk). You can reach the city centre (West – KaDeWe, Kurfürstendamm, Gedächtniskirche) within 20 minutes by underground. The house is ideal for 4 people (e.g. two adults and two children). The furnished house can be rented between 5 January and 30 June 2026 for a minimum of two to five months. It is part of the Bruno Taut settlement and, as such, is a listed building, but meets modern standards. There are three bedrooms (or two and an office), a living room and an open-plan kitchen, two bathrooms – one with a shower. It also has a small garden (front and back). The house is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, bed linen, towels, toaster, hairdryer, espresso machine, kettle and WiFi (of course).
