Nice Park directly across street, river jogging trails five min walk. 10 min drive to large "Fells" forest. Close to highway - can be 15 min drive into Boston if no traffic, or go the other way for malls and quaint towns. Driveway parking included. Car rental negotiable. Whole foods is closest supermarket. Cheaper Aldi and Market basket a short drive. Two of the rooms linked by hvac so you can hear a little between those rooms. Negotiable can leave some weights in basement if want to work out. This is our first time listing so lower price considering location, but we do have many airbnb reviews at another location can share with you.
