This home is currently unfurnished. We are looking for someone to call it home for awhile. Furnishings are negotiable if desired. The home is a short drive to Ubco, a walk to the cultural district and Knox mountain and is located on bikeways to schools and across the city. There is a large master bedroom with a walkin closet and an ensuite bathroom. Two smaller rooms are big enough for a single bed and desk. I used one as an office. The space is open concept downstairs with fluid outdoor patio and garden space. There is both garage and street parking. Great for a professional couple or family.
