Spacious and shining (seaview) apartment in Barcelona Villa Olimpica

We are both university professors with international careers, and this is our family apartment in our stays in Barcelona, so we care about it. Built with high Swedish standards for the 1992 Olympic Games it has been recently renovated. For its privileged location (just a few minutes-walk from the beach or the subway and all the services of the neighborhood), size (200 m²), finish (e.g. kitchen and bathrooms), furniture (some antique and contemporary designs) and, importantly, its ‘below-market sabbaticalhomes rental prize’ (Villa Olimpica is the highest rental area of the city), the apartment is a unique opportunity for a comfortable and memorable sabbatical visit to a BCN academic-research centre. In the past we have hosted leading economists -- some with small families -- visiting nearby Universitat Pompeu Fabra (or CREi). Pleased that they have taken good care of it, we want to keep it this way. The apartment is in the fifth floor and distributed in three double bedrooms (one a sofa-bed of two single beds ), one study room and two complete bathrooms with walk-in shower. The distribution includes a spacious living-dining room with sea views, from which you can access a covered terrace. The independent and fully equipped kitchen has access to a dining room for daily use. All rooms are exterior, bright and with unobstructed views.
