This studio is part of an apartment in the Corbusier building in Berlin. From the 9th "street", or 16th floor, it has a great view over Berlin towards the east, and a good connection to the city center by public transport (S-Bahn Olympiastadion). It is part of a maisonette -- I live in the lower part. The studio is like an apartment on its own, with a separate entrance, a small kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The offer covers everything, including the internet connection. The place is close to Grunewald, a large forest area, ideal for hiking and swimming in summer. The large shopping center of Spandau is three stops away by S-Bahn. The apartment has one bed (140 cm) and is suitable for one person or, perhaps for a shorter time, for a couple. I rent it temporarily because my daughter is currently studying in Barcelona. I am a professor of linguistics, retired in 2023. I know the city well, including the academic scene of Berlin.

Comments: The studio has its own bathroom and a small kitchen, and can be locked. Bed is 140 cm wide. I live in the downstairs appartment. Fast elevator, no stairs between the studio and the S-Bahn, which runs every 10 minutes. Laundry in the building.

Comments: The studio shares the main entry with my appartment but has a separate door inside, and a separate door bell. I live downstairs. Access to the balcony downstairs can be negotiated.
