Two blocks away is a bus stop for direct transportation to the University and CBD. A few short blocks to a gorgeous beach a 10 minute drive to another even more gorgeous beach. A short walk to several spectacular walks in the hills. 10 minute walk to a wonderful village center with restaurants, shops, groceries and bars. My home is on a quiet cul de sac and is a perfect place for children to play safely and a few blocks from a park that has a playground and sports field. By arrangement there are water sports toys and a table tennis table as well as access to a car.
