Quaint, airy apartment on a lovely, quiet street

The apartment consists of a large living-dining room; a bedroom; a kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine; a small bathroom with shower stall; and a separate WC. There is a television set, a radio, and wi-fi. The apartment is on a lovely, quiet street characterized by a mix of architectural styles from around 120 years ago, in the 14th arrondissement, near the Metro station Alesia (line 4), in a nice and typical French neighborhood. Nearby buses: 28, 38, 68 and 62. Less than five minutes away (by foot) from a tram stop, a beautiful public garden, an organic greengrocer and other purveyors of good food. Nearby excellent shopping area on Avenue du General Leclerc. Easy access to Montparnasse, the Latin Quarter, and the new Bibliothèque Nationale de France as well as the Archives Nationales. Note: the apartment is small—46.60 square meters—and the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom are all quite small, but the living room is nice and spacious. Ideally, this is an apartment for a couple that has no grand ambitions in the kitchen. It's on the second floor, no lift. The first five photos show different angles of the living-dining room, from left to right. Outside one of the French windows is a narrow balcony. Missing from the gallery are the WC (it's just a toilet with a small sink and shelves above for supplies) and the far end of the kitchen with appliances, small table, and a window over the sink and stove overlooking the courtyard. Note: WiFi is not guaranteed. We do pay for it, but it's finicky. Some of our guests have been able to use it, while others haven't.
