Description
Two bedroom apartment with one bathroom in a carriage style apartment right in the middle of all the restaurants, stories, parks, and libraries in Montreal. I use one of the bedrooms as an office space but it has two twin beds if to be used as a guest bedroom. The master has a queen bed. Well-stocked kitchen - residents can use anything there - Nespresso, Vitamix, Instapot, slowcooker. 5 min walk to the mountain and 2 min walk to the Mont Royal street which will be closed to vehicle traffic all of summer. Public transportation is close (80 bus drops off with 5 min walk to McGill, Uqam and UdeM, 80 to metro stops at Concordia station). Laurier and Mont Royal metros are 15 min walk. 20 mins to bike to all places. 20 min walk to McGill, 30 to Uqam, 40-50 mins to UdeM and Concordia. I have a number for a cleaner (30 CAD per hr) if desired.

Comments: Well-connected by public transportation to all the universities, surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, pubs, but quiet. 5 min walk to the mountain. In-unit washer, dryer. No dish washer. Second bedroom is currently used as office. Heating, no AC.
