Elegant, spacious (80 m2) and quiet, our apartment is situated in the heart of Paris -very safe area in the 6th arrondissement- in a Haussmannien building with wooden floors and high ceilings. It is located at the first floor, with one apartment by floor (and elevator). This comfortable and well equipped apartment is very pleasant to live, with a double exposure, a nice living room, a large kitchen and bed room. Everything you need will be furnished. In the bedroom, the mattresses are thick and high-quality. Two 80cm beds are joined together to make a queen size bed. There is a spacious and modern Kitchen with a dining area and a window and a large bathroom clean and new with both a bath and a shower (and a window with curtains). Toilet is separated from the bathroom. The apartment is located close to all commodities within walking distance (butcher, grosseries, boulangerie Eric Kayser, rue Mouffetard, famous bookstore boulevard du Montparnasse and boulevard Saint Germain, theaters, cafés, restaurants....). On the other side of the Luxembourg Garden (10 mn walking distance) you are Place St Sulpice, rue des Canettes and in the Saint-Germain-des-prés quarter. You can walk to Notre-Dame (20 mn) or take a bus (5-10 mn). Luxembourg Garden is one block away and a good restaurant (La table de Madame) will delight you in fine weather. You can also jog, or read comfortably seated in an armchair. The apartment is near Latin Quarter and the Seine. You will enjoy your stay, either you come to study or visit Paris in this wonderful environment. All the nice and secret adresses to shop in Paris will be furnished at your arrival.
