I bought this apartment because I fell in love with its light-filled spaces and its authentic sense of history. The moment I walked in, I could feel its warmth. I renovated it with great care and love, shaping it exactly as I would wish to find a home for myself in another city. It is bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared. There is a proper coffee machine, a kettle for tea, charming cups and small bowls, soft towels, and a delicate, clean scent that makes you feel at ease the moment you enter. The apartment is located on the second floor (easy stairs), in a charming period building. On the top floor, there is a large and lovely shared terrace — a wonderful open-air space where you can hang laundry, enjoy some fresh air, relax in the sun, or simply take in the Roman atmosphere from above. Just a few steps away is Villa Pamphili Park — the perfect place to spend a weekend morning surrounded by greenery, without ever having to leave the city. And if you are in the mood for vibrant Roman life, Trastevere is only a short walk away. The apartment features two interconnected bedrooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area, allowing space for occasional guests. I am looking for a tenant who truly loves Rome, someone who appreciates period buildings, original terrazzo floors, natural light, and the elegance of a home with character.

Comments: My apartment has been very recently renovated and is brand new, with great attention to detail throughout. It features carefully selected furnishings and vintage design lamps that give the space character and personality. It is bright, elegant, and welcoming, with beautiful original floors that add warmth and authenticity. The two bedrooms are interconnected and separated by floor-to-ceiling sliding wooden doors, creating a flexible layout that can be open and airy or more private when needed. It is ideal for one person, or for two people who share a close connection — offering both intimacy and comfort in a refined setting. The apartment is located in a charming period building, just steps away from the American universities and within walking distance of Trastevere.
