Lovely Penthouse in Historic Aylmer - Listed Below Cost - 20 mins to Ottawa

Although I work in downtown Ottawa, I chose to live in Old Aylmer for its historic, quaint, and small-town charm and its warm and welcoming residents. My top corner unit is in a boutique apartment building that is new (two years old) and is an extension of the historic British Square Hotel. There is live music in the British Square's pub/restaurant every week (and multiple times a week on the building's patio during the summer!). There is also a lovely café (coffee shop style) in the same complex. The apartment building is adjoined to the building that houses the restaurant, café, and hotel (a feature that is especially appreciated in the heart of winter!). The building is super quiet, especially my top floor corner unit. I only have one direct neighbor (a retired gentleman); and I have not once heard noise from his unit. I am good friends with my neighbors (we are just a few units on the same hallway) and with the building's core staff. My neighbors and the building staff are great resources for anyone who comes to visit. You would also have access to building's lovely gym, which very rarely has more than one other person in it---even during peak hours! The apartment has two bedrooms, each with their own office nook! The living room has a very comfortable pull-out couch for guests (and I can leave bedding for the sofa bed). The living room and dining room layout can easily be rearranged to meet your preferences! Please note that the listed price is for the summer and is significantly below cost for me, as I am close to needing to leave and want to secure responsible for the summer.
