Comments: North Berkeley gem with wrap-around luscious, fenced garden, steps from Solano Avenue. Hardwood floors and wooden accents, high ceilings, ample light from windows on all sides and from above (skylights), this is a serene, peaceful and quiet home despite being just off a busy street. Only four steps between the downstairs and the upstairs but still views of the Bay from the kitchen make this an ideal house for a family that doesn't like going up and down stairs all the time.
