Spacious and sunny house in Vallvidrera-Barcelona

Description

Our house is spacious, bright, sunny and functional. It is located in a Barcelona neighbourhood called Vallvidrera in the Collserola park, on the upper side of the city. The neighbourhood is surrounded by nature, with paths for walking, cycling or running, while still being well connected to the city centre by public transport. There is a Mediterranean garden and a sunny terrace where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. The house is large and bright, south facing, which means it gets sunlight all day, yet it remains cooler than in the city. The house has an atelier/studio for working, with forest views. And a second studio on the living room. A car is recommended for shopping, although a small bus (Bus 118) runs every 30minutes and connects the house with the train station (5minutes) and Vallvidrera (10 minutes), where you can find some grocery shops. The house is suitable for 2 people or two couples, it has two double rooms.
