Description
Located in a quiet residential area on the mainland, nearby schools and transportation (bus), this 2-bedroom apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room features a TV and fireplace, the bathroom a large bathtub and floor heating. You will have one of the best views over Tromsø city and mountains from our living room. The master bedroom features a roof window and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom features a large desk and monitor. From the balcony, you can often see sea eagles, the famous Hurtigruten, and the Northern Lights in the winter season (September-March). The bus stops right outside the door and brings you to a shopping center with everything you need in 2 mins (or 8 min walk), city center in 8 mins (or 40 min walk, across the bridge), or university (direct bus 15min in the morning and afternoon). You can hike up the mountain directly behind the apartment, or walk 25 min to the Fjellheisen (the mountain lift). I'm certain you will love it as much as we do!

Comments: Charming and comfortable apartment close to the city with magnificent views and nearby wildlife (sea eagles frequently flying over; moose on the mountain Fløya which is basically our backyard). Apartment features a balcony, fireplace, and bathtub.

Comments: The building has 6 apartments on 3 levels, our apartment is on the top floor. The other residents are older people, and it's a very quiet neighborhood with lots of young families. So please be considerate of our neighbors.
