I have rented this space for years with much success mostly to visiting scholars from around the world. Though a shared entrance, the space is quite private and comfortable. I live alone with my dog and live a quiet life. As already indicated, the space is fully furnished and equipped. In addition to the kitchen and large bedroom, there is a study with foldout sofa and the kitchen doubles as a second study area with a large conference-like table, desk and all the amenities. The space is perfect for a serious adult focused on their work. I have a very sweet older dog who only barks when someone is at the door. This is a comfortable house that's easy to settle into. The location is ideal-- walkable to all the important things with JHU shuttle stopping here for easy transport to the hospital and other locations. It's quite nice, cozy and happy!

Comments: It's perfectly located in beautiful Roland Park. I have rented to visiting faculty for years with great success. It's walkable to most the universities. Very private, quiet & safe. Perfect for a writer/artist, scholar or other mature professional.

Comments: This is a private, fully furnished 3rd fl suite in my home w/ a wall and door separating it from the rest of the home. It's a shared entrance but otherwise totally private. It's in a green neighborhood; includes full laundry & garden access.
