I am looking for someone who visits Montreal regularly but has a home base elsewhere (for example, a bi-city commuter, or professional who travels to the city periodically). I live in Boston and use the condo as a vacation property, so when I am away you would have full private use of the entire condo, rather than sharing space with a roommate. We would coordinate schedules through a shared Google calendar so that each of us enjoys private use of the apartment during our stays.
