Our family of four is heading to Montreal for a cultural exchange program from August to December 2026, and we’re offering our beautiful, brand-new apartment, which sleeps five (1 double bed, 2 single beds, and a sofa bed). The apartment, located on the sixth floor, is functional, bright, equipped with all modern conveniences, and furnished with high-quality new furniture. You can also enjoy a very spacious balcony. The building was constructed by our cooperative in 2025 in accordance with the most stringent standards for green building, thermal insulation, and soundproofing. The cooperative features several common areas: a rooftop terrace, two common rooms, a laundry room, a community garden, and a music room. The members of the cooperative share a commitment to the core principles of ecology, sustainable development, and fair trade; a desire to live well in our own homes; and a need to foster friendly, outward-looking neighborhood relationships within our community. The neighborhood is entirely pedestrian-friendly, with plenty of green spaces, playgrounds, cafes, restaurants, and all daily amenities.
