We are an architect and filmmaker who designed and built this home for our own use, and that intention shapes the experience. Set among olive trees and red earth in the Puglian countryside, the house is contemporary yet grounded—open, light-filled, and quietly attuned to its surroundings. The interiors are warm and considered, with books, art, and spaces designed for both work and rest. A pool sits within the landscape, offering a place to slow down under wide blue skies. The area invites an active, outdoor rhythm—walking, running, cycling, and exploring nearby vineyards and wine routes. The trulli-dotted Valle d’Itria and the towns of Ostuni, Locorotondo, Alberobello, Martina Franca, Lecce, Gallipoli, and Polignano a Mare are all within easy reach. What makes this home different is that it is not a generic rental, but a lived-in, thoughtfully designed space—calm, distinctive, and deeply cared for.
