Description
We're looking for someone to rent our home while we are gone on a research stay for a month this summer. We live walking distance from the Blindern campus at the University of Oslo and right on the edge of Nordmarka, the large forest at the north edge of the city. The trails start right down the street from where we live. There is a lake nearby, and a west-facing balcony to enjoy all the summer sun while you are at home. Our apartment is two-bedrooms, and we use the second as a combination kid's room and office. We have good Wi-Fi so working from home is easy. We're flexible on dates, and open to someone renting for a shorter period of time. This is our family home, so what we care about the most is having nice people here.

Comments: This is an extremely kid-friendly area. There are playgrounds nearby and also lots of trails and a lake for outdoor-exploring. We do not have a car but it is easy to rent a car on a short-term basis from a collective nearby.

Comments: Our home is a 2-bedroom apartment from the 1940s. We have west-facing balcony that gets sunlight for most of the day during the summer. The second bedroom has a single bed and and a desk; we use it as a home office when our daughter is at daycare.
