Description
I love my flat but cannot use it at the moment as I am in Germany, working as a freelance opera director whilst keeping a foot in academia (I have a PhD from the University of Cambridge). I would love to find a semi-lon term tenant who would enjoy the place and the location. I find it especially suited for academics on sabbatical, either solo or as a couple, as the flat is close to all libraries (Bristish Library, Institute of Classical Studies, the Courtauldt, St Pancras International, UCL, etc. It is very calm and green as well as at the heart of a very lively and sweet neighrborhood (Islington/Upper Street). Many buses just down the road take you everywhere in town and there Underground (the Victoria line as well as the Northern line) and the Overground (Canonbury) are about 10-15min walk away.

Comments: Lovely flat on the last floor of a charming building, with two balconies facing South. Quiet and amidst the trees whilst at the very centre of the city, 20min by bus to the British Library and UCL/Bloomsbury.
