Our renovated 15th century watermill is the perfect place to stay in the heart of Burgundy. It is situated just outside a small village 5 minutes by car from Meursault (a world-famous winemaking village with a bakery, supermarket, and Friday market) and 20 minutes from Beaune (the nearest large town). There is an excellent restaurant in the village (5 minutes walk from the property). With the help of award-winning architects, local builders, and friends, we have built a comfortable modern apartment within one of the buildings (the other building is still under renovation), as well as a sunny south-facing outdoor terrace with stunning views over the valley. Next door to the watermill is our orchard with around 50 fruit trees, which guests are welcome to harvest, while a hiking track passes by the front door and up into the local forest.
