The ideal people for this home are people who want to be close to Florence but need a sanctuary a quiet space with bird song and good light where they could write or focus. There is another couple that lives below me so we do not use outdoor shoes indoors. This is a very serene location next to a large undeveloped area so Birdsong is constant all day. The house has a great indoor kitchen adjacent to a large outdoor terrace creating one kitchen / outdoor living area, makes for elegant easy living. The house is on street level, with no stairs. Well light. Large windows equipped with bug screens and has good cross breezes . The house is furnished with comfortable furniture primarily Antiques with a focus on comfort. The bedroom has a bureau with empty drawers. It is a queen size bed with a good mattress very comfortable, sheets and towels are included in the rental. There are all modern conveniences, high-speed Internet, washer, dryer, etc. and also a rack for hanging clothes out in the fresh air. The terrace has an outdoor shower for a cool rinse on hot days. There’s on the street parking in front of the house. More photographs are available. References required. A deposit for utilities will be required and utilities will be reimbursed directly based on usage.
