Kaltental is a nice, quiet disctrict of Stuttgart, without the hustle and bustle of the city center, which can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by bike, subway or car. The apartment has 3 rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and is ideal for one person or a couple. It's on the 1st floor of a three-story building with six apartments. It is located in a quiet area in a cul-de-sac, is close to the university and well suited for working from home. The subway station ("U-Bahn") can be reached in about 7 minutes on foot. Stuttgart Airport is about 20 minutes away by subway, "S-Bahn" (suburban rail) or car. Ideal for exploring Europe. Stuttgart is located in the southern part of Germany. The beautiful mountain ranges of the famous Black Forest, and the Svabian Alp with its historical castles and churches are close by, as is the 'Swabian Ocean' Lake Constance.
