Beautiful & Quiet Altbau in Schillerkiez Next to Tempelhof Park / 10 Months

We are subletting our beautiful 1-bedroom apartment in Schillerkiez in Neukölln for 10 months and are looking for a subletter for that entire time period. Please only message if you are able to commit to subletting for the entire period: August 1 2026 - May 31 2027. The apartment consists of a bedroom, large living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony. The space was refurbished just before we moved in, so it still feels very fresh. We’re on the third floor, with the bedroom facing the Hinterhof and the living room facing the street. Additionally, it features an exposed brick wall and updated bathroom with a large mirror and walk-in shower. The apartment will be furnished in a simple way. All of our personal items will be removed, but it will include a bed, kitchen, sofa, washing machine, (empty!) bookshelves, dresser, TV, electronics, lighting, etc. Schillerkiez is a beautiful neighbourhood filled with grocery shops, restaurants, bakeries, and parks. We are a two minute walk from Leinestrasse subway stop on the U8, and a short walk to the S-bahn station Hermannstrasse. We are a five minute walk from Tempelhof Park. The building is quiet, friendly, and family-orientated—and we would ask our tenants to be mindful of our neighbors and the quiet atmosphere.
