Spacious private room in a beautifully recently converted 1890's 2-bedroom house, featuring a beautiful open plan kitchen and living room, wooden floors, underfloor heating, unique details and a private balcony to enjoy the sun, looking over the garden and passing trains. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor with South facing balcony. The kitchen and living room + second WC and larder/washing machine are on the ground floor. It’s a well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, big fridge/freezer and ample storage room. You are very welcome to use all the communal spaces included the garden! You’ll be sharing the space with me. The house is secluded and located next to the Railway Arches, away from the street. You’re a 10 min walk from the Elizabeth line, taking you into Central London in 15 min, or all the way to Heathrow in an hour. The Overground passes nearby as well and takes you to Gospel Oak/Hampstead Heath via Walthamstow and Tottenham. Lots of buses taking you direct to Stratford Station. There’s a lovely wine bar next door, some great local pubs, small shops, a children’s cafe and a new pottery studio opening down the street. When I am away, the entire house is available (2 bedrooms). Please enquire for Full House rental by sending me a message. The price would have to be adjusted to £600 P/W, all costs included. About me: I've been in the hospitality world for the last 10 years and still passionate about cooking, baking and sustainable food growing practices. Currently working in a part-time capacity and adding more freelance projects on the side. I am often home, as I use the home as a sort of studio/office as well but have a very social life so often out in the evenings. I love watching films, listening to music, going for long walks, reading my book in the garden, organising dinners and going to exhibitions and talks in the city. I'm looking for someone(s) that is happy with a short let, extension can be discussed with the right person. Someone that is happy to socialise but equally likes to do their own thing. A person that doesn't mind sharing communal spaces together and takes care of them as much as I do. There is a cleaner coming every 2 weeks, other day to day cleaning tasks have to be divided between ourselves.
