The bedroom and apartment are light filled with views of large communal gardens and sea respectively. Shops, cafes and restaurants are available within two blocks as is a (109) tram that takes 20 minutes to get to the CBD. (The Uni of Melbourne is another 10 minutes away). The complex has a small gym and a pool as well as mentioned gardens, and gated security. The owner, who lives in the second bedroom, is an active friendly but respectful 50-something woman who works full-time as a senior manager, is a published/award winning poet, and used to work as an EO at a university.
