This beautiful one-bedroom apartment renovated in June 2024 is perfect for an academic couple or a single guest. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of a Victorian house with living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and a large deck facing the CN tower. There is a desk and office chair in the living room area. The appliances include induction stove, electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, barbecue, and television with six HD channels. The wireless internet covers the apartment and the deck area. The air conditioner is restricted to the living room and bedroom areas. In the winter, the apartment temperature is stable at 20C. Washer and drier are available for free in the basement. In the spring and summer, guests can use the shared back yard. All utility bills are included. There are four sets of towels, bedsheets, duvet covers, four pillows, two duvets, among others bedroom and bathroom items. The closest intersection is Dundas & Bathurst. There are two supermarkets, two parks, and many restaurants and shops nearby. Queen West, Little Italy, Little Portugal, and Chinatown are at a walking distance (10 minutes or less). The University of Toronto, OCAD, and most downtown hospitals are also close (20-minute walk to UofT). For TMU (former Ryerson University), it is preferable to use public transportation (street cars). Two street car stops are located two blocks away, at Bathurst and Dundas streets. The owner lives on the 2nd floor of the house. No smoking and no pets are allowed due to health issues.
